About the film

A world beyond our own.

A woman at a window looks down on the Earth from orbit.
A circle of robed people around a glowing round floor in a dark chamber.
A woman in a robe at a railing above a city of lights at dusk.
A figure in a bicorne hat stands on a mound of weapons before a vast crowd in a colossal arena.
A woman looks up in wonder inside a towering industrial interior.
A red-bearded painter works at a canvas inside a shimmering metal hall while children watch.
A man in a suit stands in a street lined with soldiers, tanks and crowds.
Two men lock arms in a fierce struggle in bright sun.
Two men talk among stalls and crowded rooftops in a sunlit town.
An old man with wild white hair behind curved glass, a woman’s hand pressed against it.
A monk in saffron robes sits before a giant whale skeleton in a glass hall.
